Gini Silk Mills: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 circulars issued by stock exchange and Companys Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensiitive Information the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from 01 April 2026 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31 2026.
