Pursuant to provision of Regulation 30 and 33 and any other applicable provisions if any of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (hereinafter SEBI Listing Regulations) please note that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Monday the 14th Day of September 2020 i.e. today have inter- alia considered approved and taken on record the following businesses:-
1. Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30 2020. A copy of the Un-Audited Results for the Quarter ended on June 30 2020 as per regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 is attached.
