The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 17.11.2021 had taken on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021. Pursuant to Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the disclosure of Related Party Transactions on a consolidated basis for the half year ended 31st March 2021 is submitted herewith i.e. within 30 days from the date of publication of the financial results.
