HB Stockholdings: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in equity shares of HB Stockholdings Limited shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives w.e.f. 1st April 2026 untill 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2026.
