We are pleased to inform that Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited (MOHFL) Subsidiary of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited (MOFSL) has entered into an agreement with Asian Development Bank (ADB) to raise USD 100 Million in INR equivalent in the form of debt through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
