Responsive Industries: Board to consider Interim Dividend

Responsive Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 07 2019 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2019 and to consider if thought fit to declare interim dividend
for the financial year 2019-20.

Pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the trading window for trading in Companys securities by the designated persons and their immediate relatives is closed from October 01 2019 and shall remain close till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e November 09 2019 for the purpose of taking on record Unaudited Financial Results as above and also for declaration of interim dividend if any.
