In just concluded Board meeting the Board the approved and considered the following
1. Un-Audited Financial results for the First quarter ended 30th June 2020
2. Limited Review Report for the First quarter ended 30th June 2020
3. Approved the Notice of the 26th Annual General Meeting and Directors Report along with Annexures.
4. 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company is schedule be held on Tuesday 29th September 2020.
5.Fixed the Book closure period from Wednesday 23th September 2020 to Tuesday 29th September 2020 (both days inclusive) for the ensuring AGM to be held on Tuesday 29th September 2020..
6.Appointed Mr.Jineshwar Kumar Sankhala Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for conducting e-voting process for the Annual General Meeting.
