In continuation of letter dated 23rd January 2021 we wish to apprise that Honble Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal vide its order dated 4th February 2021 filed by BSE against the order of Securities Appellate Tribunal Mumbai dated November 12 2020 in the pertaining to issue of 3 64 72 067 equity shares to Phoenix and Phoenix Trust on preferential basis.
