Shree Nidhi Trading Co: Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate relatives of the Designated Persons the trading window shall be closed from the end of quarter ending on 31st December 2022 i.e. from 1st January 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 31stDecember 2022.The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Financial Results for the quarter year ended on 31stDecember 2022.will be informed in due course.
