In terms of Regulation 30 and any other applicable regulations if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations andDisclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Mr. Pradeep Bhargava (DIN: 00525234) Independent Director of the Company retired at the conclusion of the 32nd AGM of the Company held on July 19 2022.The re-appointment of Mr. Bhargava for the second term was made at the 29th AGM held in July 2019 for a period of 3 years for a term up to the conclusion of the 32nd AGM. Accordingly he retired at the conclusion of the 32nd AGM.
