Kore Foods: Closure of Trading Window

The trading window for dealing in the company equity shares by the designated persons of the company and /or their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Wednesday October 01 2025 upto 48 hours after declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025.The date of the Board Meeting of the company to approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30 2025 will be intimated in due course.
