With reference to the above captioned subject and Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 this is to inform you that Ms. Aastha Kochar has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect as stated in the resignation letter as enclosed herewith dated July 30 2021.
The resignation letter shall be placed in the next Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
