Integrated Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.
Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the ?Trading Window' for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain close for insiders and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the Company?s 'Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading? from November 07, 2015 to November 14, 2015.
