We wish to inform that pursuant to the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme- 2007 as amended the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 39 850 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each on 1st June 2021 to the Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
The details of Companys Equity Share Capital before and after the issue of 39 850 Equity Shares as aforesaid are given in the attached document.
