We refere to our intimation dated June 30 2026 and August 08 2026 regarding the sub-division/split of the existing equity shares of the Company. In this regard we wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI(Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has fixed Friday September 25 2026 as the Record date for determining the eligibility of equity shareholders entitiled to the sub-division/ stock split of the Companys equity shares.
