Further to our captioned letter dated 07th July 2025 and in compliance with regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that Ms. Sreedeepa S who has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company will assume office on 27th October 2025. Consequent to the above Mr.Suresh Kumar P will cease to be C G M (Finance) & Company Secretary & Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the end of the day 26th October 2025.
