Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said regulations we are hereby inform you that Mrs. Silky Bhikhalal Shah Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company will continue to discharge her duties as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company until the closure of the business hours on August 31 2025 to facilitate smooth transition.
