1. The Audited Financial Results for financial year ended on March 31, 2015.
2. The Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, for the purpose of the above and as per the Company?s Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from May 23, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the following categories (including dependents)
- Directors
- Designated Employees
- Auditors.
