In accordance with the applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from Sunday, 05th Day of November, 2017 till the end of business hours on Thursday, 16th Day of November, 2017, that is 48 hours after the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been intimated to all the Directors, KMPs and Designated Employees of the Company.
