Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. Tuesday 3rd February 2026 interalia considered and approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 along with the limited review report on the said results.
