1. Regularising of directorship of Ms. Anita Jhunjhunwala as Independent Director
2. Ratification of Preferential allotees of the proposed preferential Allotment.
3. To conduct Extra-Ordinary General Meeting for taking the Matters as mentioned in point 1 and 2 above.
