As required under Regulation 47(1)(b) read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the UFR of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2018 was published in Business Standard (English), all India edition; and Mumbai Lakshadweep (Marathi), Mumbai edition on 27th October 2018. The said UFR was approved by the Board at its meeting held on 25th October 2018.
