This is to inform you that Board of Directors by way of passing a resolution through circulation dated 03rd May 2019 considered amended and readopted the Code of Fair Disclosure under Regulation 8(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018. Copy of amended/readopted Code of practices and procedure for fair disclosure is annexed herewith for your consideration.
The revised code shall be effective from April 01 2019 and shall be accordingly uploaded on the website of the Company at www.vikaswspltd.in.
