Metro Brands: Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. January 27 2026 have inter alia considered and declared for the FY 2025-26 Interim Dividend of INR 3.00/- per Equity share of the Company having face value of INR 5.00/-.
