Tranway Technologies: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and code of Internal procedure and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the company the trading window for dealing in the shares of the company by all designated persons shall remain closed from 1st of April 2026 till 48 hours post declaration of financial results of the company for the second half of the year and year ending 31st March 2026
