Pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (PIT) Reg 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday 01st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Half year and Year ended on 31st March 2026 for the Designated/Connected Persons as per the Code.Kindly take the same for your records.
