This is in continuation to various disclosures made by us vide letters dated 14th October 2021 26th October 2021 09th November 2021 and 11th December 2021 providing information and disclosures related to the Sale and Transfer of Plant & Machineries and Inventories (the Assets) of the Company.We hereby inform that the Company has entered into an Agreement dated 27th December 2021 for the Sale and Transfer of Machineries with M/s Image Gravures a Partnership Firm (the Buyer) for the Sale and Transfer of its the Assets for an aggregate consideration of INR 945.00 Lakhs plus GST and other taxes as applicable.Please find enclosed herewith necessary further disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated September 09 2015 as Annexure to this letter in relation to the subject matter for the Sale of the Assets in terms of the Agreement.
