Unity Infraprojects: Intimation For Non-Compliance Of Regulation 33 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

This is in continuation with our letter No. UIL/BSE-NSE/LR/33/2018-19/1211 dated 12.11.2018 forwarding there with a letter of Resolution Professional being an intimation of filing an application before the Honble NCLT Mumbai Bench for obtaining liquidation Order.

In this regard Mr. Alok Sakesna Resolution Professional in the matter of Unity Infraprojects Limited has instructed me to inform you as under:

1. The Company was under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ( CIRP) under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 vide NCLT Mumbai Bench Order dated 20-06-2017 upto extended period i.e. 16.03.2018.

2. The matter is pending before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal ( NCLT) Mumbai Bench for obtaining Liquidation Order and it has reserved for Order. Now the next date of hearing is 12-02-2020.

3. Hence the company would not be able to publish un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2019 pursuant to regulation 33(3)(a) of LODR 2015.
