To consider and approve issue of not more than 5% of paid-up share capital as on 31.12.2025 i.e. upto 9 44 070 options under ESOP scheme for period of 5 years to Mr. Ambrish Deshpande COO/CRO.4. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
