India Grid Trust Rights: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015

Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations 2014 as amended and Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations") we wish to inform you that Mr. Jyoti Kumar Agarwal (DIN: 01911652) has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director of IndiGrid Investment Managers Limited (the Company) Investment Manager of India Grid Trust (IndiGrid) effective September 30 2022 due to personal reasons. The Boardof Directors on August 19 2022 has taken on record his resignation and decided to relieve him from his duties with effect from September 30 2022.The Board of Directors has also initiated the process for identifying Mr. Agarwals successor and intimation of the same will be made in due course.
