We wish to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e 21st March 2026 had considered and approved the alteration of date for the redemption of 50 20 900 1% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) of Rs. 10/- each and redemption of 50 20 900 1% CRPS of Rs. 10/- each.
