In Continuation of our letter CTL/BSE/NSE/2021-22 dated July 20 2021 in which we had informed you about the Appeal filed by the Decan Value Investors L.P. and DVI PE (Mauritius) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as DVI or Resolution Applicant) before Honble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal New Delhi Bench against the approved resolution plan.

In this regard Honble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal New Delhi vide its order dated August 11 2021 allowed the Resolution Applicants to withdraw the appeal according to which the appeal is disposed as withdrawn unconditionally.

Order of Honble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal New Delhi dated August 11 2021 is attached with this intimation and the same is also available on the website of NCLAT.
