Stanley Lifestyles: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct regulate and monitor and report trading by Insiders the Trading Window for dealing securities of the Company shall remain closed for Promoters and Promoters Group Directors KMPs and Designated Persons etc. from 1st January 2026 till 48hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ending in 31st December 2025.
