Appointment of M/s. Shah Sanghvi & Associates; Chartered Accountants Ahmedabad as the Internal Auditors of the company for the F.Y. 2026-27.Further the disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026 is attached as Annexure - A.
