Further to our letters dated 4th January 2021 and 6th January 2021 intimating loss of share certificate and submission of published notice of loss of share certificate we wish to inform you that the company has issued a duplicate share certificate in lieu of the original share certificate reported lost.
The aforesaid duplicate share certificate has been issued pursuant to the approval of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee on 1st February 2021 the said certificate was dispatched to the shareholder on 2nd February 2021.
Kindly take the above on your record and oblige.
