We hereby informed that the Nomination Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 2 2026 has approved and allotted 46283 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 240/- each upon exercise of options granted under ESOP 2024.
