Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 22 2020 inter alia to consider the unaudited financial results for the Third Quarter ended September 30 2020 (Q3) of the Corporate Financial Year 2020.
Further with reference to the Companys letter dated September 22 2020 that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will open from October 26 2020. The Trading Window would remain closed from October 01 2020 to October 24 2020 (both days inclusive).
