Spinaroo Commercial: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed by the company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulation 2015 the Trading window will remain close from 1st October 2025 til the end of 48 (working hours) after the conclusion of the Board meeting wherein inter-alia the approval of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th September 2025.
