Submission of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30 2022
Statutory Auditors certificate certifying the book values of the assets provided as security in respect of listed secured debt securities of the Company as on 30 September 2022 and compliance with respect to financial covenants of the listed debt securities for quarter ending 30 September 2022 and trustee wise Security Cover Certificate as on 30 September 2022 in the format as specified vide SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_CRADT/CIR/P/2022/67 circular dated 19 May 2022 in terms of Regulation 54 read with regulation 56 (1) (d) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 are also submitted herewith.
