We want to inform the shareholders that the said meeting is now rescheduled to the next working day i.e. Monday May 30 2022 due to certain unforeseen schedule changes on May 28 2022.As notified earlier this meeting will declare the Companys audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter & financial year ended March 31 2022 and recommend a final dividend.We request you to please take note of the same.
