in continuation to earlier letter dated September 30 2020 regarding Closure of Trading Window the trading window of the Company will remain closed from Thursday October 1 2020 to Saturday November 14 2020 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Companys Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday November 12 2020 inter-alia to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended September 30 2020 in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading In the Securities of the Company and pursuant to the provisions SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended).
