The Honble High Court has directed to accused to return of Rs.1 34 00 000/- ( Rupees One Crore Thirty Four Lakh Only) to Company within a period of Seven Days. The Court has further directed the Trial Court to pass necessary orders to release the frozen bank accounts of the applicants to facilitate this refund.
