Please find enclosed Letter of Offer dated March 07 2020 containing an offer to Buy-back upto 33 50 000 (Thirty Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand) fully paid up Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each at a price of Rs. 20/- (Rupees Twenty Only) from all the Eligible Shareholders of the Company holding Equity Shares on the Record Date i.e. February 12 2020.
The Buy-back offer will open on March 18 2020 and will close on April 01 2020.
