Bheema Cements: Unaudited Financial Results For The Quarter Ended December 31 2025

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company had at its meeting held on 10th February 2026 approved and taken on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended 31 December 2025. A copy of the Limited Review Report issued by M/s. N G Rao & Associates Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of the Company together with the Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended 31 December 2025 are also enclosed herewith.
