Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations please find attached disclosure regarding the Order passed by the Additional Commissioner CGST & Central Excise Mumbai East Commissionerate Maharashtra. Relevant details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listinng Regulations read with SEBI Circulars in this regard are annexed herewith as Annexure A.The company belives that the order passed is incorrect and has not considered the merits of the contentions of the Company. The Company is in process of filing an appeal in the said matter. Post such redressal process impunged demand so raised is likely to be dropped.
