USG Tech Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Mala Sharma has resigned from the position of Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2015. Hence, to fill the vacancy the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ms. Nidhi Dhawan, an associate member of ICSI as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2015.
