Omni AxS Software: Closure of Trading Window

The trading window for dealing in securities of the company would remain closed from Wednesday 1st April 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2026 for designated persons of the company including their immediate relatives.The date of the Board meeting to be held for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the above mentioned period will be communicated in due course of time
