Rane Engine Valve Ltd has informed BSE that April 28, 2015 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of allotment of Equity Shares to KML Shareholders, pursuant to Scheme of Amalgamation of Kar Mobiles Ltd (KML) with Rane Engine Valve Ltd (REVL).
