This is to inform you that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 read with BSE Circular LIST/COMP/10/2019-20 dated May 09 2019 is not applicable to our company.
in view of the exemption provided under Regulation 15(2)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the requirement of submission of Secretarial Compliance Report is not applicable to the Company as the paid up Equity share capital and Net worth as on the last day of previous financial year is not exceeding Rs. 10 crore and Rs. 25 crore respectively.
