The Said Writ Petition has been filled against the sellers of the land parcel situated at Village Shivrajpur District Chhatarpur Madhya Pradesh seeking recovery of the amount paid by the company to sellers for purchase consideration and seeking directions including debit freeze of the sellers bank accounts.
